A beautiful, pearly white smile will never go out of style. I often get asked about my teeth whitening routine and to be honest, I’ve used the same products for many years. In fact, since 2018 I’ve been obsessing over the Smile Brilliant at-home custom teeth whitening kit. Now, I’m here to report that nothing has changed – well except their incredible range! Here is my updated routine, which includes a new surprising addition:

Customised approach

I’ve tried and tested many with teeth whitening products before, but none offered the customised approach like Smile Brilliant. To get started, first you need to create custom teeth whitening trays, fitted specifically to your mouth. Until now, this type of teeth whitening system was only common at the dentist. Professional teeth whitening

Once you have your trays made, simply apply the whitening gel inside and put them on! It is so easy and totally unnoticeable – meaning you can whiten your teeth and carry on with your day at home. Each syringe has about three to four uses, which makes the system super affordable! Leave the trays in for between 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on your sensitivity. I usually leave this on for about an hour and watch tv, clean the house or even get ready for an event – all while whitening my teeth!

After the time is up, rinse your mouth and the trays, brush your teeth, dry your trays, and follow the same process with the desensitizing gel. Wear it again for 15 to 20 minutes. While not necessary, the desensitizing gel really helps to minimise any sensitivity following a whitening treatment!

Results

As I mentioned before, I have continued to use the Smile Brilliant system for over four years now. So, luckily for me, my teeth have remained white and fresh over this time. I have no sensitivity at all whilst using this treatment, especially when I use the desensitizing gel. As my teeth are generally prone to sensitivity, when I want more dramatic results, instead of leaving the treatment on for longer, I spread it over a few days. So, after using it 3-4 days over a week my teeth look super white and sparkling!

Dental Probiotics
